2. Be aware of Payment Policy:

              Please make payments for all services rendered.

              Best: leave your payment at your home, before you leave.

                                                           Late charges will start 7 days after service.

                                                           All return checks will be charged $25

3. Key pick-up & drop-off policy:

                                     Please have a key/code available at the first Meet & Greet (free)

                                     $5.00 for key pick-up or drop-off             

4. Paypal conveinance fee, to use paypal, the paypal charge will be added to your bill
